Select your products, add them to the inquiry and submit the form — the inquiry is non-binding and creates neither a purchase contract nor any obligation to pay. Within 2 business days we will send you a quotation with the final price including shipping, the delivery time and the validity of the quotation. The purchase contract is concluded only once you confirm that quotation in writing. Most of our devices are made to order, so we prefer to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Our devices are made to order so we can tailor them precisely to your requirements. The usual lead time is 2–6 weeks depending on the device type and the size of the job. We confirm the exact date in the quotation.

Our devices communicate over LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, GSM networks and the Wireless M-BUS protocol. The choice of technology depends on the location, required battery life and application type — see our technology guide.

Yes, customisation is our main strength. We can adapt firmware, sensors, enclosure, reporting interval and integration with your platform. Describe your project in the inquiry form and we will propose a solution.

Every device comes with a datasheet and manual (see the Documentation section or the product page). Technical support is a matter of course — we help with installation, configuration and data integration into your system.

Yes, we deliver across Europe. We cooperate with distributors and integrators in many EU countries. For international inquiries, use the English version of the website or contact us directly.

Most devices are battery-powered with a lifetime of several years (typically 5–10 years depending on the reporting interval and technology). Selected devices are also available with external power or DIN rail mounting.
